Finely slice up some baby bell peppers, some radishes and dice 1/2 cucumber.
Then cube 1/2 block of extra firm tofu and also finely slice 1 spring onion.
All everything to a bowl together with a handful of edamame beans and salad greens of your choice.
Generously drizzle our Dressini beetroot and garlic tahini dressing on top and garnish optionally with black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
