Protein salad with beetroot tahini dressing and black sesame seeds

Our dressings and salads are a perfect match. And with a high protein content they are the ideal fitness companion for this delicious protein salad.


Works with every dressing:

Ingredients:

  • Some baby bell peppers
  • Some radishes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 block of extra firm tofu
  • 1 spring onion
  • Handful of edamame beans
  • Salad greens of your choice
  • Black sesame seeds (optional)
  • Dressini beetroot and garlic tahini dressing

Method:

Finely slice up some baby bell peppers, some radishes and dice 1/2 cucumber.

Then cube 1/2 block of extra firm tofu and also finely slice 1 spring onion. 

All everything to a bowl together with a handful of edamame beans and salad greens of your choice.

Generously drizzle our Dressini beetroot and garlic tahini dressing on top and garnish optionally with black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
