Nutritious vegan potato salad with our Herb & Garlic Dressing

Who doesn’t like potato salad and with our tahini dressing as a protein-rich mayonnaise replacement it’s now even easier to make your own vegan version


Works best with following dressings:

Ingredients:
 

  • 1kg salad potatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Dressini herb & garlic tahini dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chives to garnish

Method:
 

  1. Cut potatoes into roughly 1cm thick slices. Cook or steam until done.
  2. In the meantime finely dice 1/2 red onion.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked drain them and add them to a bowl together with the onion.
  4. Drizzle our Dressini herb & garlic tahini dressing on top and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Enjoy!
