Nutritious vegan potato salad with our Garlic & Herb Dressing
Who doesn’t like potato salad and with our tahini dressing as a protein-rich mayonnaise replacement it’s now even easier to make your own vegan version
Works best with following dressings:
Ingredients:
1kg salad potatoes
1/2 red onion
Dressini garlic & herb tahini dressing
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Optional: chives to garnish
Method:
Cut potatoes into roughly 1cm thick slices. Cook or steam until done.
In the meantime finely dice 1/2 red onion.
When the potatoes are cooked drain them and add them to a bowl together with the onion.
Drizzle our Dressini garlic & herb tahini dressing on top and season to taste with salt and pepper.
